From Farm to Teller
Christina began her career in May 2015. With a background rooted in customer service at a local farm store, Christina can handle demanding tasks while effectively interacting with customers. That foundation paved the way for her transition into banking, where she quickly adapted and thrived.
As a teller, Christina demonstrated her natural ability to connect with customers and understand their needs. Beginning in customer service, Christina moved on to handling collections and repossessions – a role that requires a delicate balance between firmness and empathy – and has since evolved into her current position as the Loan Administration Assistant.
